What I do

I help companies translate strategy into action, bridging the needs of the business with the needs of the people to achieve

My approach

Collaborative:
I'm "one of you". I create an open atmosphere where problems are solved together. I work backstage to support your performance -- I'm not there to score the points myself.

Practical:
I've been around long enough to know what works in real life. To achieve real results, I believe less is more. Carefully selecting few initiatives and doing them really well will have a bigger impact than a overly complex program trying to achieve too much.

Flexible:
Small is beautiful! I use concepts and methods learned from large consulting firms when appropriate, but I'm not married to one methodology -- I always ask "what's the best thing for you, right now?"
